People come to this forum because they're going through a difficult time. Divorce, particularly conflict over custody and access, can be dangerously stressful. We all know there are serious problems in family law and we all struggle to some degree with that inefficiency or injustice. The stress can be so extreme that suicide becomes a real concern for some. For "Tayken" to make such a habit of attack people so viciously in such a sensitive time should not be tolerated. It's incredibly irresponsible. He doesn't know the state of mind people are in.

The moderators of the forum MUST ban Tayken or publicly warn him and others who do so to refrain from such attacks. Saying nothing would be implicitly condoning such extremely offensive behavior.

You need to take Tayken with a grain of salt. He/She has some very insightful things to say at times, as well - as I'm sure is the case with most of us - she can also come across as a HUGE A$$ at times.

If you can't deal with percieved random personal assaults from completely anonymous intenet nobodies - well, you have some issues - and really should hire a lawyer for your custody battle.
 
Katc, ignore Hawk. He has skin as thick as tissue paper and a hair trigger temper. He ignores sound advice because it isn't prepackaged in the exact way he expects it. He then has a habit of insulting people who try to help him, but falls apart if he gets a similar reply.

To this I add... and possibly may have made Mess the target of blame in attempt to make Hawk's personal issues all Mess' fault. This reads to learned contributors to this site no more than the beginning of a distortion campaign possibly by Hawk.

I don't find any of the content that Hawk posts to this forum all that helpful and it appears to be motivated by fear, uncertainty and doubt in my personal opinion.

The majority of my posts have been questions. If you read my questions you would see that Mess was helpful in one and then very rude in another.

When have I EVER blamed Mess for my problems?

Anyway, this thread isn't about me. If you have nothing helpful regarding OP then you shouldn't hijack.

Thank you for your learned advice after having made 47 posts to this forum and the wonderful red reputation it has already earned you already. I will take your recommendations into consideration but, probably not.

Just curious Mess and Tayken, Can Katc have her post back? If you choose to banter, maybe it can go under the General chat forum. If someone were coming here with a similar question, they'd have to sift through all your bantering before getting any help. I am sure this is not the original intent of this site :)
