If one party refuses to submit to a second cross examination for discoveries can a Judge order this? First one was done 2 years ago.

My last lawyer said that my ex can get a court order for cross examination if they feel something has changed. It will be up to the Judge to decide. As you know cross examination can get expensive.

Judges can order pretty much anything they want :-)

The answer is yes, but your lawyer had better be prepared to give a good reason why a second examination for discovery is necessary - e.g. new developments or issues raised since the first examination, questions not answered in the original examination, etc.
