Thanks in advance for advice or opinion
Divorced in Ontario for 5 yrs. Agreement states marriage or marriage-like relationship is a change. My ex has had a man living in her home for 3yrs now. Relationship declared to my adult children as "best friends". This man looks like me, has a similar career. He has been present at the 3 family Christmas' and birthday celebrations and they have travelled together.
Do I have a reasonable hope of getting off the hook? AFAIK, market rent should have been declared to me/ CRA that would almost equalize our income.
Can anyone point me to cases on canlii, I'm not sure I'm searching it correctly?
