Emergency Motion Dismissed, Case Conference booked?

I fired my lawyer. His performance in front of the judge was downright embarassing. Devastated me.

A case conference was scheduled for March 22. 2010.
In the mean time can I do anything to see my kids? I can't contact the wife directly. She fired her lawyer,.

Any advice on what I can do or where I can go for help? I am in a bad situation here. CAS?
 
Are you saying that you are being denied all access to your kids and the judge dismissed your emergency motion in favour of a case conference?

What did the judge say about your access?

When is the case conference scheduled?

Nope, She said my lawyer was a royal f$%# ^% and said she can't grant the Emergency Motion because he messed up so bad.


CaseConference sch. March 22.2010. SO I went from Primary caregiver to the children going to a lady who wouldn't contact them weeks at a time. thanks cops.
 
Did you ask how? Was the evidence not there? Couldn't you have asked for a review? (my emergency motion was automatically scheduled for a review 1 week later when ex could present his case.)
