Divorce for Adultery

I really don't know but it makes sense that one should be able to do this by filing of sworn affidavits with divorce application. You should check with a lawyer or do an internet search. You could also check at your local courthouse.

Court resources are an issue when people file for divorce, kiss and make up. Also there are people who file for divorce for fraudulent reasons (to collect government money etc.).
