Divorce and Net Equalization of Assets

This might be a silly question..but I'm not sure....
Will getting a divorce speed up the process in dealing with the financial issues ?
I've got the custody and access portion settled.
It's been over 3 years and the ex won't deal with the net equalization.

I believe it is the other way around. Once equalization and child custody matters are dealt with the divorce is granted.

If your ex won't deal with equalization matters then perhaps have a judge do it for him?

the only thing that will speed up the process is for the two of you to co-operate and get it done. You will have to be willing to give and take, just like your ex.

My ex threatened me with court over disclosure after 60 days of separation, and I was voluntarily paying support. You need a lawyer like hers.
