Disabillity and Child Support

How much if any is deducted from disability insurance recipient for two children age 5? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Forum. Have you considered contacting the respective disability plan administrator?

If the Disability Plan is ODSP, they usually deduct every dollar paid against the benefit. To determine the monthly child support amount -- Refer the payors line 150 Income Tax amount against the child support guidelines.

How about if you are on disability insurance thru work? I am not making nearly as much as I was before, do I base payments on what I make now, or do I have to base it on last years earnings. Also have second child on the way in a few weeks from second marriage.
