Hmmm...I thought that was the whole point of SS? Perhaps the rule should be changed to reflect that once the kid is old enough to work a cellphone (10-12yrs), the money goes directly to their personal account?

Eventually, the older generation of judges will move along and be replaced with the newer generation and then teens now or their kids will pay the price for their parents doing

Most 10-12 year olds i know may be able to work a cell phone but pretty much fail to understand how the whole paying for a cell phone, or utility bills, rent, mortgage, property taxes etc. They still think electricity magically appears for free. Why would you have to pay for something you can't see??!?
