You'd think the mother would need to prove paternity ( pay the $800.00) in this case as she is the one applying for support .
Couldn't any women sue anyone for support and win if the poor sucker on the receiving end couldn't afford the test ?

The way it USUALLY works...is each party pays for themselves. (The mother would also pay for the kid).

IF the guy is NOT the baby daddy...the woman reimburses HIS costs. If the guy IS the baby daddy, he reimburses HERS.

OR...you can get one of those home tests that cost like $300 and are 96% effective. Versus paying $600+ thru the courts.
