L logicalvelocity Moderator Mar 27, 2007 #2 dvr, I'm not too familiar with NS procedures, but I did a basic search to see what I could find: NS Family court forms can be found here: http://www.courts.ns.ca/family/forms_toc.htm And the applicable Family Rules of NS can be found here: http://www.gov.ns.ca/just/regulations/regs/fcrules.htm I would think you would require the hand written Judges endorsement page from the continuing record for starters.
