court date coming up and manipulated financial info

I have a court date at the end of Jan where my ex is going after more cs and section 7 for her children ( my stepchildren). I just went over her financial statement and noticed that the 2 page notice of assessment is one page. I compared it to mine and it looks like she cut out the section that refers to the TFSA and photocopied the rest onto one page. There are no TFSA listed as assets. How do I deal with this in court? I have no lawyer, she does. While her assets may not be relevant to a bio father they certainly are to me. She is double dipping and always crying the blues about not having any money.

Is Bio-daddy in the picture? Is he paying CS? If Bio-daddy is at least paying CS, she'll have a tough sell in making YOU responsible.

Did you act in place of a parent? Did they acknowledge you as such or were they always treated as "her kids" and "her issue".
