When she moved in, I owed $155k on the mortgage. It got paid off....now I owe more than twice that on the mortgage, and she owes my kids $50k because of her losing vehicles to gambling and borrowing money.(lies and deception)
She won't leave. My house if for sale. She wants half.
I have a consult with a lawyer Monday. I've been used and emotionally abused. As have my kids.
What are my rights? Can I lock the doors?
