My daughter is in college and her father has stopped paying SC because her boyfriend is one of her roommates,she also has another roommate. He feels she is in a common law relationship. I disagree -she and her boyfriend are doing this to help them both with rent. Her father is supposed to pay SC and 70% of school including rent. Can I go back to court as this is court ordered?

Of course you can go back to court. Your real question is will the courts force him to pay. What does your court order say, if anything, about post-secondary costs and duration of CS?
If your daughter's boyfriend is also a student at her school, it seems unlikely that a judge will buy your ex's arguement. If he is working and viewed as supporting her, might be different, but I doubt it.
