Child support for disabled adult

Child support for disabled adult

Watson v Coates is the precedent. The basis seems to be whether or not an adult child can work to support themselves.

In your previous thread on this you noted the adult child is working. If they are working it may not be considered as an ongoing need. The case itself and the others that followed were adults requiring ongoing care as they could not work and were on government assistance.
