There are a few posts on this but to answer your question, child support is not paid when a child attends university away from home as the paying parent is responsible for a share of living expenses while they are away. Support is paid as full table for the four months of the summer if the child returns home.
However, there are some cases where some monthly support is paid but those are extreme in the sense of a high income earner or other situations like the child comes home on weekends to earn money for school hut even then a court order is required if the parties can’t agree.
