I have had final order in place since 2006 and never once has the ex abided by the order. I am tired of trying to do this with him without intervention of the courts. He was ordered to supply me with his NOA every year prior to June 1 and not once had this happened. I have forgone the previous years whereas I felt it was just being picky. Now I understand the ex has subsequently had a huge raise of about 15k and apparnetly without it in writing he is refusing to pay section 7 which will included post secondary in the next year or so. Right now big disagreement is dental and wisdom teeth bill. I would like to know how to go about doing this in timely fashion?
Iknow there is a mountain of forms to fill out. I need to know form numbers and what not to get theball rolling on this.

thanks

From experience and having been at trial which the ex "refuses" to comply with the Orders, I was told by a Judge I should have brought a "contempt motion" in order to deal with these issues which were related to section 7. The Courts can't help if they don't know was the phrase used. They do not put someone in jail but they do make give them a warning and get stricker on them.
I explained I had legal counsel and my understanding was that unless it was NOT related to financial issues a contempt could not be brought and reason it was never brought. I am not a lawyer, therefore, I let my lawyer deal with it only to be told this by a judge. Makes you think....
