Case Conference transcript available to parties involved?

Can someone please confirm...

Upon talking to someone at the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario,
When asked how to obtain the transcript from my case conference she indicated that the transcriptionist is only there for the judges benefit. So when asked if those involved could get a copy she stated "No".

Case conferences are informal proceedings that are held on a without prejudice basis, mainly for the purpose of identifying the issues and hopefully to bring the parties toward settlement. Accordingly, there no transciption of event.
