Car Allowance

I'm in the process of pulling together a new custody order. It has been 3.5 years of back and forth negotiations and spending $$$ on lawyers and still I'm no further ahead. Currently, my children's mom has primary care and we are working from our original custody order, but I've had the children ~44% of the time for the top 3.5 yrs. We are now hung up on the issue of my car allowance, which drives up my line 150 income. This money is intended to cover my car costs to do my job as a Sales Representative. It is not income to provide for myself or my family.

Can anyone tell me if I can exclude this from my income for the purpose Child Support calculations?
 
I think it depends on the amount. Can you demonstrate that the amount of vehicle usage for work corresponds roughly to the allowance amount? Taking into account the increase in depreciation/insurance/gas/maintenance due to work usage/mileage.
 
I believe I can. Or at least greatly off set the benefit. Do you know how much consideration a judge would give to this?

Does anyone else have any experience with this scenario?
