For high school, some school boards do supply bus passes as school transportation since it is part of the board’s responsibility to provide such transportation. If kids are on yellow bus service they would not need a city bus pass unless they are going to a school out of the catchment, then you would have to supply transportation by either bringing them or providing a bus pass. No idea on college, but that would be easy to find out by placing a call to the college directly.
