As I have already asked this and had little response, I am sending this now in a condensed version looking for input.
If a relocate Order was granted, basically granted to vary a trial order and for someone to relocate to another country with a child and the following happens:
The access as outlined or terms of the Order or better yet understanding of the Order is breached is there retribution that can be sought against the person whom made the application.
Hence can person "a' make an application to relcoate for employment, give up a 6 figure job to do it, to make even more, and if there was instructions and understanding that if the job fell through you would have to be back immediately, if someone lies and spends 2 months abroad without returning and the following happens:
I had to incur $4000 to travel to see my child in which had I known she would be returning with a 4 week period I didnt have to go
My CS was to offset travel to bring my child back on a monthly basis, this never happened as well.
I am out of pocket over $6,000 because of a lie, is there anything I can do.
