Lawyer’s bill – no idea what it is. He tells me it is due upon receipt if he gives me one.
Is this legal. Tried to get a new lawyer at one point due to the fact that nothing seems to be progressing and he is never available. He won’t release to me my documents unless I pay the bill in full which I have no idea what it is. Plus my file is huge and detailed and it may be to my disadvantage to switch.
