Hi folks,
Just curious whether there has been any movement with regard to Bill 133 and the ability to apply to a pension company for monies in arrears due to divorce either child support arrears or equalization owing?
I understand the Bill has gone through Royal Descent...are we at the point of application or actions being taken?
