bankruptcy??

if my husband's ex filed bankruptcy here in bc... would i be able to locate the documents of how much her "buyout" really was?

i believe when it was first brought up the amount was $7200. Now on her F8 she's stated it's $18,000... HUGE difference...

i need this document for an upcoming court proceeding and want to show her web of lies anyway I can because she is brillliantly smart and evil and has worked the system to it's bone all in her favor and she's the kind of woman that gives all other women who really work and work hard to take care of their end of things, a bad name!!

Just out of curiosity, what difference does it make what her buyout was?
I do not necessarily understand, espescially if that was post separtation.

it matters because this is a debt she has accrued which offsets her income and makes it seem necessary that she needs more money instead of her needing to stop shopping out of his wallet.
