Apologies and Downtime

I want to offer a sincere apology for the extended forum downtime over the past few weeks. I know how frustrating it must have been to be locked out without updates, and I truly appreciate your patience during this time.

The issue began when a technical problem prevented anyone from logging into the forum. I reached out to our forum software provider for support, but unfortunately, their responses were slow and ultimately unhelpful in identifying or resolving the issue. At the same time, I was going through an especially busy period at work, which caused delays on my end in following up and dealing with this.

After weeks of back and forth with no progress, I made the decision to begin transitioning the community to a new forum platform. Ironically, during the process of setting up the new system, we discovered the root cause of the login issue and have now been able to restore access to the current forum.

I’m deeply sorry for how long this took to resolve. The forum is now open again. While it’s great to have it back online, we're still moving ahead with the transition to new forum software. That migration will be happening over the next few days, and I’ll provide more updates and timelines as things progress.

We are on the new software now. If you notice any bugs or glitches, please let me know.

Thanks for letting me know. Permissions have been updated so that should not happen any longer.

I appreciate the transparency and fully understand that downtime happens—tech isn’t always perfect. From my end, I just stay patient and check in later. A quick status update or ETA really helps users like me manage expectations.
