Hello, I'm a student trying to divorce her husband. We have been seperated for almost 2 years now. My husband has fled back to the States where he is originally from and I have no idea where he is. I keep running into this problem that I can't serve him papers because I don't know where he is. I was told by my city hall I needed to prove I have tried to find him, how do you suppose you go and do that? I don't have the money to hire a private investigator or anything. I don't have kids with this man or assets of any kind. He is with another woman I believe and I have moved on as well and am in a relationship living with another man.

Is there any clarity? I just want a divorce and I don't want to wait 7 years to get this figured out.
