Child support is not applied during a year off from school. If it was a designated co-op, sponsored by his program it could be argued as school but a gap year working is not.
Should also note we went through this. Judge clearly said if child was not in school full time, support is not owed. Now, this was seven years ago but I haven’t read any changes.
