  • Law surrounding late payment of support ?

Is there any rule in regards to how many days is considered "late" in payment of child support or spousal support that the payee can report to the authority?

What's the steps to report a delayed or failure of both supports' payments ?

Sign up with FRO, let them worry about it.

From what I've heard on the forum, I think they consider anything up to 30 days late or so to be "on time".

FRO or any other maintenance enforcement agency can and will garnishee wages. You should take any notification you receive in the mail very seriously. If you don't have a regular job then FRO will go after your bank accounts (shared or not).

It is also pretty standard for the collection agency to report you to the credit bureau, register property lien and start process of having your driver's license and passport suspended.

It can all happen very quickly.
