FRO Section 7

Does anyone know the correct wording to have in an order so Section 7's are FRO enforceable? Does it have to be a set amount or can you just send in receipts and they figure out the % owed from the Court Order??

They dont do any calculations. If your order doesnt have any strict number then you would file a statement of arrears.

Your best bet would be to work out the estimated amounts (ex. $500 per month for daycare) and have that added. Then each year you can figure out if he overpaid and pay it back.

Ditto for camps etc. add it into the monthly estimate.
