Form 20 FFD of Self-Employed Individual
Just curious,
How many times per year can a Full Financial Disclosure be requested? I originally requested in 06-15. Ex claimed "not self employed" so I didn't get documents requested. At Settlement Conference Ex stated "Self- Employed". May I request again? Or do I need to wait until 06-16?

I believe you can request as many times as you want/need to until it is received. Once received, you can only request once per year, unless there has been a substantial change.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
