Can I use a single affidavit for multiple purposes or am I required to use multiple. For example I am required 30 days after my original financial statement Form 13 to resubmit any changes if any in the past 30 days. If there are none then I am led to belive I can submit an affidavit saying that there are no changes. I also need to make two minor corrections on a couple of my forms. One of the corrections I typed the Respondents name when i should have put mine on my Form 35.1 Parenting Affidavit and I also put that I have cared full time for my child since birth but I meant from our break up. Can I put these changes in affidavits and if so can I combine the financial update with corrections. And can I also if needed add more evidence to support my case in that same affidavit. I am just trying to make sure I learn and understand the proper procedures as I go here. I feel like I am winging it a bit but I am learning alot especially with sites like this one.

My girlfriend gave me heck for how I worded this. She told me it was confusing so I will try again while I am not half asleep.
I have a case conference in 8 days (so a week tomorrow). I noticed there were a few minor errors in my original Form 35.1 - Parenting Affidavit that I wish to make changes on and it says on that form for minor errors I can use 14A to make those corrections. I was wondering if there is a proper procedure to listing those corrections. What I have done already is listed the volume and tab number as well as the paragraph where the error is and listed the correction. Am I missing anything.
Am I also required to submit another financial statement as the last one i submitted was over 30 days ago and there are no changes to it?
And third I wish to add additional information or evidence to my case. These are things that I should have put in my answer but did not think of it at the time.
Do I need to make a seperate affidavit for all 3 things or can I put it all into one. Sorry I have been trying to find good resources on the net and I have been unlucky and I need to get these submitted 7 days before the conference which is tomorrow so I am running low on time. Thanks guys.

Affidavit-style documents can be updated either through a 14A, or through submitting a sworn 'updated' version of the original. In this case, I would be inclined to keep the continuing record easy to read and submit a new sworn 35.1 with a notation at the top that says 'UPDATED'. This is quite common practice.
The question on financial statements will depend on the orders by your case justice. Otherwise, financial statements are required to be updated whenever there is a change, whether with a new statement, or a 14A if the changes are nominal.
I would keep 14A's separated for the above to keep the records clean. If you need to refer to them at trial you'll find it easier to navigate by keeping themes separated.
