  • Divorce without lawyers?

Separation Agreements are prepared to both parties satisfaction and need to be signed in order to proceed further for the divorce. Neither party wants to use the services of a lawyer in order to reduce/avoid the costs. Any advice on this approach?

That's the approach most of divorces go for. Would be good if both of you have a lawyer review the agreement tho.

a separation agreement is not required for a divorce......if you are amicable about it then wait your calendar year and file and 90 days later it is all over........I did my divorce without an agreement and it was all good.......it went smooth.....its caleld amicable divorce.....both parties have to be at courthouse to file however.....you fill out forms, hand in forms then goes to judge and then you have to go back to pick up your final decree......
