  • 14B motion page counting

In my area in Ontario there is a limit (guideline) on the number of 14B motion pages:

    10 for the affidavit
    10 for the evidence

My question is about those pieces of paper that lead the evidence that say "Exhibit A". Do they count towards the 10 page limit?

If they do I suppose I should not use them?

    TIA : - )

Yes they do. I never use them. I do note in the top of each page what exhibit it is and what page number.

I was told by a court clerk to label them as “attachments” not exhibits, that means they don’t have to be individually signed by the COA.

      Thank you!
I made the change, saved the signature and the pages : -)
