Legal Aid Settlement Conference

Does anyone know the process for a Legal Aid Settlement Conference? It is not the same as Settlement Conference through the courts.

My lawyer is thinking this should be our next step seeing the OCL report came back in my favour - Me with sole custody, ex with supervised visitation. Even though ex still wants joint custody with shared access - one week on/ one week off.

I am not a lawyer, but a settlement conference is a settlement conference.
The fact that you are represented by a legal aid lawyer does not change anything.
