Default Case Brief

I have to write a case brief, I have 5 days.

Do I just copy the format of the ones I have seen,
Is it the same for Family Court as it is Civil Court?

thanks.

They are called a "brief" for a reason. Be brief.

There is a guide on this form written by a bunch of different folks. Even a lawyer who used to contribute. Search the forum. This question has been answered in detail hundreds of times.
