I think that this case is very good to show that sometimes the access parent has rights that superceed the mobility rights of the CP.

In your case I am not sure if it will be much use, and not sure how you be able to bring it forward to argue your point unless you get a hearing where you can bring in case law.

I was more lookinkg at the procedures and laws, that we have NOT yet been able to even have a motion heard,and even though there are genuine issues for trial, and that given the distance the "mom" moved was never considered, and the shedule itself became status quo. To get a temp order
