cs on EI do they go after last years T4 of what I am making now

got served papers that they want to go after $47,000 from last years T4 but on EI making $20,000 since March

I would start paying the table amount based on your I.E. It's a change in circumstance. Send their lawyer the ROE that show you lost your job at no fault of your own, the EI letter that shows how long you can get IE. And make sure you keep records of your Job search and any correspondence such as rejection letters, job expos that you attend, etc.
