Default Bank records?

Are bank records enough to show that i paid the mortgage, utilites etc.How do i find out how much equity was in my house when she left

Equity = Market Value at time of separation (according to an official appraisal) minus the mortgage balance at time of separation.

Bank records are fine. But you are talking about after she left correct.
If both of you agree on a reasonable price Such as a tax assesment then you can go with that or you will need an official appraisal.
