Default Amending an order

Ex and I have a court order for custody and access as a result of trial. We have agreed on some schedule changes to simplify things like Christmas break (the ordered schedule was very complicated).

We have it signed, witnessed, and notarized... Now what? Do we just file it with the court and it becomes part of our record? Just trying to be as formal as possible in order to prevent further conflicts.

Consent to Order.

You'll need to draft up what you would like to become the new final order of the court, along with a 'consent to order'. You could file it as a 14B motion.
