Applicant Father (children reside full time with him) earns $60,000/yr from "work"

Respondent Mother earns $44,200 from "work"

Applicant father pays $3,000/yr in SS (so his income goes from $60,000 to $57,000 when he does his taxes).

Respondent Mother receives $3,000/yr in SS (so her income goes from $44,200 to $47,200).

When calculating the amount of CS to be paid, which figure is used? Her $44,200 or the $47,200?

    TIA

    Order of operations:

    1 - Calculate child support.

2 - Once child support is calculated, determine spousal support.

3 - Once child and spousal supports calculated, look at income for s.7 purposes.

What about when it's already "set" and you are simply determining a yearly review/adjustment based on a income rise or fall?

I thought you adjusted support based on line 150 of your NOA?
