I have a factum from a court case. I could fax it to you it is a public document. However I am not sure how to contact people as I am knew to this site.

Also I think the law society of upper canada's website has a template of what goes in a factum.

Be careful how you serve your Factum to the other party, it cannot be FAXED (one of the Family Law Rules). I suggest that you send it by registered mail.

I think that they usually keep it to under 15 pages. Keep it well structured.
