your comments have been taken to heart. I have decided once again to self represent and I have went back over the years using the income statement provided by his lawyer. I have guesstimated at the CS by only using table amounts. I have not nor will I bring in Sec 7 unless need be. At this time with all the information I have he is sadly in position where he owes me (or should I say our child) for underpayment to the tune of about $9000.
I am willing to give him the option to let sleeping dogs lie and call it a wash- is this fair? He will not incur any further legal costs and can just go away. I think my considerations are more than reasonable for this at this point.
