Order to hold funds intrust

I was sent notice by the lawyer acting for my wife that my wife was prepared to accept an offer on a major asset that I feel I have a vested interest in (asset of a company my wife owns all the shares in).
I want to ask the court to order that the proceeds of any sale be held in trust until the court hears our divorce case in april.
