FRO taking a long time

Hello,
It's been a year since a judge issued a court order that I have to pay offset child support. I've been paying it directly to the ex. My lawyer said that FRO would contact me, I still haven't heard anything from them. It seems a very long time. Is this normal? thanks

With things going the way they are its not unreasonable but if you are concerned you should call them and ask.

My partner when January 2020, court order, paid directly to ex..until October and all of a sudden got the paperwork from FRO...so 10 months..
