      We maintain a 3 bedroom home because access argument was that step did not have a room of her own...and now it sits empty for 11/12 months...used to sit empty year round...

        Yes I understand that, I am getting my kids only once a month, but they all have proper accomodations, a bit hard to follow because I have to follow US law when my kids come here...strange, but thats the way it works

          I do not mind the arrangement. We consulted with several specialists prior to being "allowed" access in this province. Her first time seeing the room was worth the extra $ we have spent in the last decade to keep it for her.
