  • Case Conference Booked but applicant hasn't served

We went to a first appearance in Nov. regarding a variation for support. At that time the clerk booked the case conference. What happens if the applicant (asking to vary) doesn't serve and file his case conference brief. I'm waiting to receive it so that I may serve and file my response. He initiated the process due to a default hearing with FRO for non-payment of arrears. Thanks all!

No doubt they are attempting delay. File your 14C Confirmation with the Registrar and move the matter forward. If Adjourned, Seek Costs.
