    I may be wrong here, but your agreement sounds too open for FRO to enforce future changes anyway (depends on the wording I guess). FRO typically needs amounts specified, or something more concrete, so if it's left for you guys to adjust based on your taxes/incomes, etc, I could see you having to go to court anyway, to get something more specific for FRO to enforce.
