Hi community, some excellent posts here on to prepare a Request to Admit. (Thank you WorkingDAD).
I am currently putting together a RTA. A set of my facts is a recounting of events, and therefore there are several facts related chronologically. So the set of facts reads like paragraphs of an affidavit. (Which is what I am using to craft the facts).
Is this ok ? Should the facts be unrelated to one another and stand on their own ? Can they form a narrative ?
The facts all are important, its just that they are all within the context of a 8 hr time frame and hence form a narrative.
Thanks to all.
