Finally zoom court date...do we sit with the lawyers somewhere or is everyone seperate?
Also if one parent is paying 65% of education costs do they 65% of the educational write off? |

Depends on your lawyer. More than likely you will all be in your own place and your lawyer will speak for you or direct you to answer a question the judge asks you directly.
No you pay 65% of the NET cost which is after the tax deduction. Your lawyer will figure that out with the divorcemate software. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
