The children's father would like to take them across the border for a long weekend. I have no problem releasing the passports and writing a travel letter when he:
a) supplies me with a detailed itinerary, including contact numbers
b) supplies proof of valid travel insurance for the children for the time they will be out of Canada
c) supplies me with a photocopy of his current passport (including passport number, passport photo, date and place of issue, emergency contact
d) passports are returned to me upon their return
I supplied the same information to him when I took the children across the border. I expect the same information from him.
Am I being unreasonable?
For what it's worth, I am the custodial parent and supplied the same information to him.
