    Agreed with HammerDad. Not section 7.

    The point of set-off is that it enables you to share all expenses roughly equally. I would assume that you have similar expenses of your own that balance hers. If she brings this to court, then be ready to show a list of your own expenditures. If she can show that she is outspending you significantly, then she might be successful in altering the set-off amount (as per CS guidelines for application of set-off).

      We do offset C/S. We split expenses agreed upon such as
      sports, activities, school uniform, shoes, coats,school fee(that covers activities and trips for the year), sports equipment, cell phone plan....these things do add up especially in a situation when one parent does most of the signing up and purchasing of big ticket items.
      Items to be shared are listed in the S/A.
      It would be different it was full C/S.

        I don't see anything in that list that qualifies as S7. They are unreasonable and horseback riding type of expenses . If she was asking you to cover costs of braces then that would be different. Tell her to take a hike before she starts asking you to pay for her ( the mother's ) tampons.
